A built-in data explorer lets users dive into workforce ageing indicators across different sectors and countries, adding global context to their own results. With a focus on clarity and actionability, the platform makes a complex policy topic accessible and meaningful for a broad organizational audience.

Data Explorer

We've built a visual overview presenting key indicators and benchmarking data, with a set of filters that enable comparison across indicators, countries and sectors. Users can highlight relevant combinations to compare against other sectors and countries, supporting more informed analysis while keeping the interface focused and intuitive.

Assessment Questionnaire

We've implemented a structured self-assessment flow that guides users through the key dimensions of longevity readiness. The questionnaire is seamlessly integrated into the platform, broken into digestible steps with clear progress indicators to keep users oriented and engaged throughout.

Assessment Results

The results were designed to highlight the user's answers while providing helpful comparison context across the different question types. Individual scores are presented alongside OECD averages and industry and country benchmarks, with policy advice to help organizations improve their preparedness for demographic shifts. Users can download a generated PDF to share the findings with colleagues and reference the advice offline.
